SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used in endoscopic surgery for resection of the mucous membrane and scar tissue for tracheal and bronchial stenosis, for example, after wall trauma during intubation, tracheostomy, prolonged artificial ventilation of the lungs, in patients with stenosis of the lobar bronchi, formed, for example, in as a result of postoperative mucosal ischemia after lung transplantation. The device for recanalization of tracheal and bronchial stenosis using an endoscope includes a handle with a slider and a dielectric tube fixed in the handle with a metal conductive string placed in it, equipped with a spiral cutting part and a dielectric tip. The metal string is connected to the slider with the possibility of reciprocating movement in a dielectric tube made with the possibility of movement in the endoscope channel. The slider is equipped with a connector for connecting a monopolar electrocoagulator.

EFFECT: invention provides convenience and speed of resection of the mucous membrane and scar tissue in tracheal and bronchial stenosis with the possibility of changing the length of the cutting part of the string - a spiral-shaped section that is pulled out of the dielectric tube for resection and control over the depth of the impact of the working part on the organ wall.
