FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has handle, dielectric tube with working end and string. The string is enclosed in the tube allowing its retraction from the dielectric tube. The second string end is rigidly fixed on the working end of the dielectric tube. The string has U-shaped segment on lateral surface of loop. The U-shaped segment transits into L-shaped bent segment. The L-shaped bent segment is directed in opposite direction with respect to working segment having U-shaped curve and is placed on the other side relative to V-shaped curve. The V-shaped curve allows lateral deflection when retracting the string from the dielectric tube and setting the working part having U-shaped curve. The string is covered with insulating flexible coating layer from the attachment point on the handle to the working part having U-shaped curve and from the working part having U-shaped curve to the place the string is fixed on the working end of the dielectric tube. Loop segments having insulating flexible coating layer and pedicles height of the working part having U-shaped curve serve for setting limit to string immersion into organ wall. The handle is connectable to electric surgical unit.

EFFECT: accelerated procedure accomplishment; adjustable working area size; controllable working area immersion into organ wall.
