FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a pharmaceutical composition in the form of an emulsion or a microemulsion and its use as an auxiliary agent for endoscopic procedures in which it is injected into target tissue. Composition comprises an aqueous phase, an oily phase, at least one surfactant and at least one inverse thermosensitive polymer. Also disclosed is a kit for use in an endoscopic procedure, which comprises a pharmaceutical composition in the form of an emulsion or a microemulsion, an endoscopic injection needle and a manual.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables to inject the composition through an endoscopic injection needle to provide a high and long-term submucosal cushion for endoscopic procedures.
