SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to fulfill the operation of sinustrabeculoectomy and posterior scleral trepanation in area of which one should apply a hemostatic collagen sponge. In post-surgical period in projection of trepanation foramen subconjunctivally it is important to introduce Cortexin medicinal preparation per 0.5 ml to carry out magnetolaserostimulation. Parameters of the impact: laser infrared radiation, wave length 0.89 nm, frequency 5 Hz, power 4 mW, magnetic induction 10 Tl, time 2 min, area 4 sq. cm, uninterrupted mode. The innovation enables to keep and increase visual functions due to decreasing intraocular pressure, neuroprotector action of medicinal preparation deposited in collagen hemostatic sponge and biostimulating effect of magnetolaser impact.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
