FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology.
SUBSTANCE: in a quadrant being the most similar to pathological process one should form a through trepanation scleral foramen in area of flat part of ciliary body. In area of this foramen it is necessary to fulfill transconjunctival laser choroid coagulation at wave length of 800 nm and radiation power of 800 mW. After that medicinal preparations should be injected subconjunctivally. The innovation is directed for improving the access and developing optimal concentration of medicinal preparations in affected tissues of posterior department of an eyeball that provides improved visual functions.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
