FIELD: oil-producing industry; other industries; devices for gravitational separation of the three-phased liquid heterogeneous systems.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the settling apparatuses and may be used for separation of the liquid heterogeneous systems (in particular for separation of the oil-and-water products) in the gravitational field. At the inlet of the raw material stream into the gravitational separator there is the raw material feeding chamber with the partition, the lateral wall, the bottom and the expanding volume. The chamber is equipped with the emitters of the ultrasonic acoustic systems and the devices for withdrawal of the separated liquid phases are made in the form of the movable boxes-receivers with the compensators, pipe ducts and the thread-screw gears for vertical relocation. The gravitational separator is equipped with the systems of the pipe ducts for withdrawal of the intermediate layer from the upper and the lower levels and the bottom of the body of the gravitational separator is made of the separate sections with the slant walls, in each of which there are the pipes for collection and withdrawal of the settled solid phase (slime)). The technical result of the invention is the increased efficiency of the separation process and quality of the components of the tree-phased systems, provision of the continuous withdrawal of the separated heavy and light liquids and the solid phase (slime).
