SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes part, cutter, cutter holder, unit for removing cuttings and dust, pickup for measuring cutting effort, operational amplifier, resistor, switching circuit, controller and computer. Unit for removing cuttings and dust includes dust and cuttings stripper, cyclone, mechanism for discharging cuttings in the form of cylinder with plunger.
EFFECT: improved quality of surfaces worked in NC-equipment, enhanced operational characteristics of apparatus, lowered energy consumption.
