FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: from dynamometre sensor it is received current value of cutting force. Computer compares it to value of cutting force, calculated by well-known dependence. At its discordance of values of parametres of cutting mode are recalculated by specified formulas. Initial data of parametres are selected in the form of fuzzy intervals. Device contains cutter, dynamometre sensor, operational amplifier, resistor, controller and computer. Analog-digital converter of device forms feedback with computer. Outlet of dynamometre sensor is connected to inlet of analog-digital converter and first outlet of operational amplifier.
EFFECT: increasing of geometric relationship of details surface, treated on NC-controlled machines by means of automated correction of cutting and feeding speed, extended capabilities of device.
