FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to machining precision control systems. Proposed stabiliser for NC lathe comprises tool holder unit with motor and actuators, two thermal relays, two electric valves, displacement transducer, Pic-series microcontroller, computer and working cylinder. Cylinder working chambers accommodate plates of white tin while cylinder piston is engaged with interconnected motor and tool holder unit. Microcontroller output Pb0 is connected with motor input, output Rb1 is connected with input of the first thermal relay, output Rb2 is connected with input of the first electric valve, input Rb3 is connected with output of displacement transducer, output Rb4 is connected with input of second electric valve, output Rb5 is connected with input of second thermal relay, output Rb6 is connected with inputs actuators, while output Rb7 is connected with computer input.
EFFECT: higher quality of machining.
