FIELD: explosive substances.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to percussion cap compositions based on initiating explosive substances designated for charging percussion caps of prick effect. Invention proposes initiating explosive composition showing sensitivity to prick and containing potassium perchlorate, antimony trisulfide and mixture of lead azide with trinitroresorcinol lead salt. As a mixture of lead azide and trinitroresorcinol lead salt both their mechanical mixture and product of their combined chemical co-precipitation as co-crystallizate of lead azide and trinitroresorcinol lead salt can be used. Invention provides enhancing level of thermal stability of initiating explosive composition in retaining the sensitivity level to prick and moisture resistance.

EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of composition.
