SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new pyridinesulfonamide derivatives of general formula I , wherein A is nitrogen or -N=O group; X is oxygen, sulfur, or -NR3 (R3 is hydrogen, C1-C12-alkyl or C3-C8-cycloalkyl; R1 is mono- or polyhalogenated C1-C12-alkyl or mono- or polyhalogenated C3-C8-cycloalkyl; R2 is C3-C8-cycloalkyl or aryl group optionally substituted with one or more substituents as its defined in specification, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof with pharmaceutically acceptable acids or bases; as well as pharmaceutical composition based on the same and uses thereof as therapeutically active substance in treatment of inflammation disorders.
