REINFORCED CONCRETE DISCRETE CONNECTION FOR THREE-LAYERED WALL PANEL Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC E04B2/42 

FIELD: construction, particularly external multilayered panels for reinforced concrete residential and public buildings.

SUBSTANCE: connection comprises composite hollow concrete bar shaped as truncated pyramid and having ends inserted in concrete outer and inner panel layers. Concrete bar interior is filled with standard heat-insulation material. Concrete bar is reinforced with three-dimensional case conforming bar and arranged in bar walls. Three-dimensional reinforcement case projects beyond concrete bar outline and is to be anchored in inner and outer panel layers. Three-dimensional reinforcement case is made of two flat frames connected with each other by means of transversal rods. Each flat frame includes rod bent in central area so that rod extends along circular arc defined by 180° angle and creates two branches terminated in bends and connected with each other through transversal rods to create flat frame.

EFFECT: possibility to use single connection instead of two ones, decreased number of connections and improved heat insulation panel properties.
