FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method of combined generation of thermal and electric energy by turbine, namely, gas turbine, containing compression section, at least one expansion section and combustion chamber is implemented by compression of oxidizer containing oxygen in compression chamber. One stage of combustion of mixture of compressed oxidizer and fuel under pressure is effected in combustion chamber. Then, at least part of not gases obtained at combustion under pressure is used to provide exchange with outer plant. Simultaneously at least one stage of afterburning of mixture of hot gases obtained at combustion with fuel before carrying out exchange and at least one other stage of afterburning of hot gas mixture obtained after exchange with fuel to receive hot gases to be fed into expansion section are carried out.

EFFECT: provision of constant power generated by gas turbine and maintaining temperature of hot furnace gases at input of expansion turbine close to initial temperature at input at no heat exchange.
