FIELD: production of fuel gas by incomplete oxidation of liquid hydrocarbon fuel. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in conduction of reaction of hydrocarbon fuel with gas containing free oxygen in the reaction zone of incomplete oxidation with production of flow of fuel gas. Then fuel gas is cooled down by cooling water with production of fuel gas saturated with water, which is then cooled down by way of the first contactless heat exchange with water feeding the boiler and transformation of the latter into steam. Washing of hydrocarbon fuel saturated with cooling water is accomplished by preliminarily heated wash water. Then, pressure and temperature of cooled fuel gas are reduced by way of the second contactless heat exchange with cold water with condensation of water. Then, a repeated cleaning of cooled fuel gas is performed, saturation of nitrogen flows and cleaned fuel gas with heated water. These flows are fed to the combustion chamber of the gas turbine.
