SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to power industry. An operating method of a gas-turbine plant provides for supply to a combustion chamber of compressed air and a steam-methane-hydrogen mixture, expansion of its combustion products in a gas turbine, cooling by evaporation or superheating of water vapour supplied to the gas-turbine plant, where the supplied natural gas is mixed with high pressure water vapour so that a methane-containing steam-gas mixture is obtained, which is heated by a flow of the above combustion products in a heat exchanger, passed through a catalytic methane reforming reactor with formation at the outlet of a steam-methane-hydrogen mixture supplied to the combustion chamber of the gas-turbine plant; temperature of heat exchange processes of the gas-turbine plane is increased by additional combustion of fuel in a flow of combustion products of the steam-methane-hydrogen mixture, which is taken at the outlet of the additional free power gas turbine, and before the steam-methane-hydrogen mixture is supplied to the combustion chamber, it is pre-cooled to the temperature not exceeding the temperature range of 200-240°C, with simultaneous partial condensation of water vapour; condensate is separated, evaporated and consumed at preparation of the methane-containing steam-gas mixture and low pressure water vapour that is passed through the additional free power gas turbine.

EFFECT: invention allows improving performance characteristics of a gas-turbine plant by more complete energy use of removed combustion products.
