FIELD: electronic engineering.

SUBSTANCE: method can be used for revealing and eliminating technical channels of leak of confidential info, which channels had been formed by means of electronic devices mounted onto object without authorization. Database on spectral components of side generator radiations of known unauthorized object for catching info and database on spectral components of radiations of electronic devices, mounted onto object, with authorization is pre-formed as well as schedule of their operation. All radio signals from electronic devices mounted onto object are subject to analysis within preset frequency range. For the purpose, those signals are received and amplified and their spectral components are selected which components excess specified threshold amplitude level. Selected spectral components are subject to comparison with pre-formed data on spectral components of authorized and unauthorized devices. Availability of unauthorized devices judged from results of comparison and the device is identified.
