FIELD: acoustics; radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method can be used for forming complex images of angular spectrum with high resolution and for finding azimuth and angular directions onto different origin short-time coherent wave processes sources. Statistical data is extracted from single realization of input data due to forming multiplicity of signals nonlinearly regulated complex angular spectra. Dispersion of signals of regularized spectra is reduced to minimal value. Multiplicity of signal of regularized spectra is identified with minimal dispersion and spectra are coherent averaged with minimal dispersion. Number and level of false spectral components is reduced to minimum; precision of forming of angular spectrum is increased as well as efficiency of direction finding.
