FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method is implemented owing to enlarging the field of physical features of radio signals, which are used at localisation of sources of multi-beam arbitrary polarised field, and applying new polarisation independent processing operations of received radio signals providing the determination of the number of beams and incidence directions of each beam of localised radio signals due to coordination of the received multi-beam arbitrary polarised radio signal and two-component polarisation dependent phasing function.
EFFECT: improving accuracy of spatial localisation of sources of multi-beam radio signals under conditions of expected uncertainty relative to beam structure, polarisation and spatial parameters of radio signals, noises and disturbance.
