FIELD: recovery of cable (primarily armored cable) production and service wastes; use of recovery finished products in primarily ferrous and nonferrous metal works, building engineering, etc.
SUBSTANCE: proposed machine has twisting mechanism in the form of rotor as well as output and input mechanisms with coils. Rotor is made in the form of twin body assembled of large and small bodies joined together. Inner surface of large body mounts guide drum and rollers. Outer surface of small body carries dies. Rotor interior accommodates load-bearing shaft that mounts intake coils. Load-bearing shaft is free to reciprocate along machine. Each steel wire being uncoiled is synchronously taken off twisted part and force-wound onto rotor intake coils. Current-carrying conductor is passed inside hollow load-bearing shaft and wound onto intake mechanism coil.
EFFECT: improved quality of finished product, enhanced labor productivity.
