SUBSTANCE: the suggested canned food should be manufactured due to boiling, separating against the broth and cutting dried mushrooms, cutting, breading in wheat flour and roasting in vegetable oil the fillet of bluefish, cutting and frying in vegetable oil carrots, parsley root, celery root and onions, chopping and freezing new white cabbage, frying wheat flour in vegetable oil and mixing the above-mentioned components at oxygen-free technique with sour cream, mushroom broth, tomato paste, acetic acid, common salt, Jamaica pepper and laurel leaf to pack the mixture obtained and fish broth to be sealed and sterilized. New canned food is of increased digestibility against analogous culinary dish.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
