FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with sampling biomaterial from animals which react to tuberculin PPD without any tuberculosis-specific pathoanatomical alterations; infecting guinea pigs with this biomaterial; passing such infected biomaterial through guinea pigs' bodies at 21-d-long interval followed by inoculation onto nutritive media to detect mycobacteria of tuberculosis. The innovation enables to shorten the period of diagnostics.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics.
