FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: laboratory animals should be injected with suspension of biomateral obtained from animals killed with diagnostic purpose. Moreover, it is necessary to carry out the survey for 1 mo and inoculations 30-35 d after introducing the suspension of tuberculin PPD for mammalians at the dosage of 0.8-1 ml intraperitoneally. Lethality in laboratory animal is the evidence of tuberculosis.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of predicting tuberculosis.
