SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely pulmonology, and may be used for prevention of cold bronchospasm in the patients suffering the mixed pathology including bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and cold hyperresponsiveness. That is ensured by the single introduction of antasthmatics of 12-24 h action 30 minutes before walking in the open air at Arnoldi temperature (-20°C)-(-50°C). As such preparations, Foradil-combi is introduced in the form of inhalations. 2 inspirations of Budesonide 400 mcg and 1 inspiration of Formoterol 12 mcg, 1 inspiration of Spiriva 18 mcg and oral intake of Singular 10 mg.

EFFECT: method provides effective prevention of cold bronchospasm in the case patients due to the prescribed dose schedule of the antasthmatics ensuring passability of both bronchial tubes, and the whole airway.
