FIELD: medicine, physiology, sport medicine.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with detecting the level of general physical working capacity in case of mass inspection of practically healthy young persons. Young people should do a 12-min-long step-test. The intensity of loading corresponds to 7.2 kgm/min- kg in female patients and 9.6 kgm/min- kg in males. On finishing the step-test on the 2nd, 3d and 4th min of rest period it is necessary to count during the first 30 sec heart rate, calculate the index of physical working capacity in every participant due to dividing the value of work fulfilled during 12 min per kg body weight by the doubled sum of three calculations of the pulse. According to the table one should evaluate the level of general physical working capacity by taking into account root-mean-square deviation against average-group value of its individual values. The innovation enables to increase information value and safety of the technique applied.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and efficiency of detection.
