SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition possessing anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect. The pharmaceutical composition comprises sodium diclofenac and combination of propylene glycol and ethyl alcohol as organic solvents taken in the mass ratio = 1:(4.05-6.15), and carbomer, dietanolamine, vaseline oil, cocoyl caprylate, macrogol cetostearyl ester, aromatic oil and water as accessory substances. Also, invention relates to a method for preparing the pharmaceutical composition. The composition is stable during storing, it doesn't show irritating effect and elicits high anti-inflammatory and analgesic activity.
