FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and provides transdermal agent for treating and preventing joint and soft tissue diseases. Agent contains glucosamine cartilage protector; non-steroid anti-inflammatory drug ketoprofen; pharmaceutically acceptable base containing a mixture of solvent N-methylpyrrolidone and propylene glycol; antioxidant for cartilage protector, specifically lidocaine and citric acid; gelling agent, capable of forming gels in an acidic medium, and an emulsifier in form of a nonionic surfactant. Acidity varies from pH 2.9 to 2.2. Invention also relates to a method of producing a transdermal agent.
EFFECT: technical result consists is a wider range of products, high stability, high degree of transdermal penetration of active component and minimal side effects.
