SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the devices used for mixing of the fluid and free running mediums. The mixer contains the mixing chamber, which cross-section is made in the form of the coil of the spiral, on the lateral wall of which there is the fitting pipe used for the tangential feeding of the fluid and free running mediums. The mixing chamber is connected the chamber of homogenization of the produced mixture having the outlet, and it is supplied with the controller of the speed of the flow of the ingredients entered into it and made in the form of the turning blade established on the inlet into the mixing chamber with the capability of its fixation in the preset position. The technical result of the invention consists in dilation of the technological capabilities of the mixer and in the increase of its effectiveness.
EFFECT: the invention ensures expansion of the mixer technological capabilities and the increase of its effectiveness.
