FIELD: gas and oil production.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to procedure for treatment of oil by means of associated gas. The procedure consists in heating associated gas under pressure 0.6-0.8 MPa to temperature 120°C, in its acceleration to supersonic velocity over 400 m/sec in a diverging Laval nozzle and in acceleration of oil flow under pressure 1.6 MPa at temperature 80-90°C in a profiled channel. A supersonic flow of natural gas is supplied into a gas-liquid mixer coaxially and co-directionally with a flow of oil producing a mixture where concentration of gas amounts to not less, than 10% of weight of processed oil. Produced mixture is directed along a profiled diverging channel. There its flow rate drops and at transition over the sound barrier there occurs a surge of compaction where natural gas dissolving in oil is completed. Repeated cavitation treatment in a passive cavitator- homogeniser is performed to stabilise mixture and to remove excess amount of natural gas through a separator to a repeated utilisation.
EFFECT: improved consumer properties of oil for transportation in pipelines; primarily, reduced viscosity and density of oil.
