FIELD: mining industry; methods and the devices for reprocessing of the materials.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of mining industry, in particular, to fragmentation and crushing of the materials and may be used at fragmentation and crushing of the crude ore and the nonmetallic raw. The invention ensures the increased degree and selectivity of the fragmentation and crushing of the material and the quality of preparation of the particles of the useful component for their subsequent effective extraction. The method includes introduction of the material in the area of the mechanical destruction actions, fragmentation and crushing of the particles of the material. To the introduction of the material into the area of its mechanical destruction actions directly precedes its fast highly contrast and high-temperature thermal treatment by the stream of the incandescent gases or with the superheated steam and the magnetic-pulse treatment effecting on the stream of the material either simultaneously with the fast and highly contrasting and high-temperature thermal treatment, or directly after it. The method is realized by the device for reprocessing of the material, which contains: the crushing-grounding aggregate for the mechanic crushing actions on the worked material and the loading and unloading devices. The loading device in its lower part has the chamber for the fast and highly contrasting and high-temperature thermal treatment of the loaded material with the stream of the incandescent gases or of the superheated steam. The chamber is made in the form of the short sleeve with the fixed on its upper butt conical shell with the central loading opening. On the perimeter of the shell uniformly, at least, in one row the gas burners are mounted. Instead of the gas burners there may be mounted steam nozzles for the superheated steam. The axes of the burners (the steam nozzles) are directed in the radial planes to the axis of the sleeve of the chamber. To the lower butt of the sleeve the section of the dielectric tube with the inductor for the material magnetic-pulse treatment is fixed.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased degree and selectivity of the fragmentation and crushing of the material and the quality of preparation of the particles of the useful component for their subsequent effective extraction.
