FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dressing of ores of noble, nonferrous and rare metals and may be used for processing of other ores and nonmetallics. Proposed comprises crushing ore, extracting higher-density minerals from crushed ore, removing waste rock and light fractions of minerals in waste banks. Crushed ore is subjected to impact centrifugal destruction in closed cycle with vibration concentration and sieving. Vibration concentration and sieving are performed simultaneously to produce coarse tails, fine concentrate and commercial product to be directed for scavenging vibration concentration. Coarse tails of vibration concentration are directed to closed cycle for impact centrifugal destruction. Scavenging vibration concentration tails are directed into waste bank. Fine concentrate and that of scavenging vibration concentration is directed for cleaner vibration concentration. Tails of cleaner vibration concentration are also directed in closed cycle for impact centrifugal destruction while concentrate is directed for sixing. Before impact centrifugal destruction, crushed ore is subjected to pre-concentration by radiometry and/or photometry separation. Before impact centrifugal destruction, ore and concentration products are subjected to pre-destruction by high-contrast and high-temperature thermal treatment by flow of glowing gases or superheated steam.
