FIELD: mechanical treatment of surfaces.
SUBSTANCE: proposed plant includes unit for freezing and accumulating the granules with mono-dispersed drop generator, ice granule acceleration unit and water filtration unit. Ice granule freezing and accumulating unit has heat-insulated tube mounted vertically and provided with mono-dispersed drop generator in its upper part and ice granule accumulator in form of thermostat connected to said tube from beneath for possible disconnection; unit is also provided with air cooling evaporator which is mounted aside from said tube and is gas-dynamically connected with it by means of two air ducts (upper and lower). Lower air duct is provided with fan for delivery of cooled air to said tube. Ice granule acceleration unit consists of compressor, cooler and nozzle apparatus connected in succession. Nozzle apparatus may be connected with ice granule accumulator. Proposed plant works in closed cycle.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and ecological safety due to filtration of contaminated water; enhanced efficiency of cleaning due to dense and narrow-directed flow of particles.
