FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: hose-cartridge filter to clean air from mechanical impurities with a built-in compressor module to produce compressed air comprises a module for double-stage air cleaning with at least one dust collecting chamber, which in the upper part is fitted by perforated panels and vertically set rail hoses fixed by their upper open ends in the holes of the perforated panels. The filter comprises at least one input dust settling chamber installed so that to embrace the front end wall of the main dust collecting chamber, at least one input branch pipe for the supply of dirty air, a cleaned air chamber mounted on the main dust collecting and input dust settling chambers, the main hopper mounted below the input dust settling and the main dust collecting chambers. The filter comprises at least one module for additional air cleaning comprising an additional dust collecting chamber with filtering cartridges in it, an additionally cleaned air chamber with service doors installed in it, and at least one outlet branch pipe for additionally cleaned air, an additional hopper mounted below the additional dust collecting chamber. Individual regeneration systems are used to clean every section of filtering hoses. The filter additionally comprises a centrifugal fan and a recirculation air duct, a manifold to withdraw the additionally cleaned air which is connected at its inlet via a collecting T-piece with outlet branch pipes for additionally cleaned air and at the outlet - with the suction branch pipe of the centrifugal fan with the discharge branch pipe of the latter being connected to the recirculation air duct. The built-in compressor module to produce compressed air is installed so that to embrace the rear end face wall of the additionally cleaned air chamber and comprises a heat insulated compressor chamber with an entrance service door and an air heater set in it with a thermostat and a screw compressor unit having a suction hole and an outlet branch pipe for compressed air. The outlet branch pipe for compressed air is connected to the receivers of the individual regeneration systems for the sections of filtering hoses and cartridges by a compressed air line. The recirculation air duct is fitted by an additional outlet branch pipe for additionally cleaned air. The compressor chamber is fitted by an inlet double-side branch pipe for additionally cleaned air. The suction hole of the screw compressor unit is equipped by an inlet branch pipe with its connection via an internal air duct to the inlet double-side branch pipe for additionally cleaned air which by means of an external air duct is connected to the additional outlet branch pipe for additionally cleaned air mounted on the recirculation air duct.

EFFECT: increased energy efficiency of the compressor unit of the filter and enlarged functional capabilities of the filter.
