FIELD: safe transportation of ecologically dangerous materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacture of fixing materials from organic foams. According to proposed method, damaged object is placed and fixed in transportable module. Object to be transported is fixed in transportable module with formation of clearances between inner surface of module and outer surface of object, not less than ½ of minimum overall dimensions of object. Liquid cold-hardening composition is filled in clearances by 2/3 rd of damaged object height, minimum. Used as binder in composition are cold-hardening foam polyurethane oligomers and filler in form of cenospheres is used. Invention makes it possible to provide closing of maximum number of defects, including through ones, and shock absorbing of any type at carrying by any vehicles, simplifies process of fixing and acceleration, improves safety owing to higher stability to vibrations and shocks in shipment, possibility of demounting of load at delivering and improves safety at fixing owing to reduction of maximum temperatures in process of foaming and hardening of fixing material, preserves strength and weight characteristics of assembled structure, provides maximum strength at fixing and simultaneous preservation of heat conductance, density, moisture absorption, reduces water absorption and cost of material.

EFFECT: improved safety at transportation, reduced cost of material.
