SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to safe methods of storage and transportation of hazardous materials. Method of portable module manufacturing for damage repair includes initial separate arrangement of reagents in individual sealed volumes for storage of delayed interaction reactants. Individual sealed volumes are polymer containers. Containers are sealed by shutoff elements. They are fixed between walls of sleeve by means of welded seam. Portion of the granular filler is placed in the zone located in the opposite side of the sleeve. Sleeve is sealed. Separate arrangement of reagents is carried out in individual volumes, in form of polymer, tightly packed by shutting off the neck of the shutoff element. There is also a method of using a portable module for repairing damages in transported containers with toxic materials.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides higher reliability of storage and reduces risks of mutual movement of components.
