FIELD: chemical technology; methods of preparation of solutions of preset properties; farming; medicine and other industries.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes action on water-soluble salt solution by direct electric current in chambers of diaphragm-type electrolyzer. Water soluble salt is introduced into solution thus obtained in the amount sufficient for forming two-phase system consisting of saturated solution and equilibrial salt sediment which are used after separation for activation of new solutions. Introduced additionally into solution to be activated are water soluble silicon-containing compounds, for example, sodium or potassium silicates in the amount of 0.05 to 3.0% of the solution mass.
EFFECT: enhanced stability of activated structures at low power requirements.
