FIELD: chemical industry; rubber industry; car industry; methods of reprocessing of the organic polymeric wastes of the rubber industry and the motor car transport.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to reprocessing of the organic polymeric wastes of the rubber industry and the motor car transport, for example, silent-blocks - into the metallic components for their recovery and the chemical raw. The method of reprocessing of the of rubber-metal products provides for their heating at the temperature of 100-400°C in the medium of the of the waste oils in the mixture with the petroleum fraction the boiling temperature of 240-280°C in the ratio of 10:1, separation of the vapor phase and its condensation. At that the condensate having the boiling temperature of 24О... 28О°С is returned into the working composition of the working agent of the running cycle of the reprocessing. The reprocessing is conducted till the complete dissolution of the rubber. Then remove the suspension of the disrupt rubber and used oil. The installation for the method realization contains the built-up reactor with the cover, the condenser established in the line of offtake of the vapor-gas mixture, the intermediate tank, the delivery line of the condensed phase of working substance, the heating surface. The reactor contains the tubular annular nozzle with the holes disposed concentrically to the heating surface and below its level. The condenser and the intermediate tank are disposed above the level of the working substance filling. The technical result of the invention is simplification of the method of reprocessing of the rubber-metal products, the increased productivity and safety of the process of the thermal fluidization of the wastes of the mechanical rubber industry and the motor car transport, the reduced specific power inputs.
