FIELD: rubber industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to reusing wastes from chemical industry: organic industrial and household wastes into motor fuel and chemical raw material, which can be used as fuel oil, bitumen-like binding agent or raw material for production thereof, carbon black for electrical arch furnaces or raw material for production thereof, electrolysis bathes, carbon- carbon materials for metallurgy, etc., and also a limited amount of hydrocarbon gas that can be used as fuel. Method is implemented by thermal liquefaction of wastes on starting in organic solvent at 280-435 C and pressure at least 2.9 MPa, whereas liquid fraction boiling above 220 C is separated at solvent-to-waste weight ratio at starting higher than 1.0. Liquid fraction boiling below 220 C is subjected to catalytic reforming and a part of liquid fraction is further used as commercial product, while the other part is repetitively used as solvent with fresh portion of waste at solvent-to-waste weight ratio more than 1.0 but no more than 3.0. EFFECT: accelerated and simplified process, increased productivity with regard to high-antiknock fraction, and enabled production of commercial carbon black. 3 cl, 2 dwg, 2 tbl
