FIELD: mechanical engineering; rotary internal combustion engines.
SUBSTANCE: proposed two-section engine consists of body with intake and compression section and combustion and displacement section. Each section consists of rotor with projections-pistons on external surface of rotor adjoining internal surface of section. Engine is provided with radial gates adjoining internal surface of section and external surface of rotor. Engine consists of variable-capacity chambers limited by internal surface of sections, external surface of projections-pistons of rotors and gates. Engine is provided also with compressed fuel mixture chamber on body, bypass valve from compression chamber into compressed fuel mixture chamber and combustion chamber, outlet ports from displacement chamber, bellcranks and bellcranks axles. Surfaces limiting formed variable-capacity chambers are essentially, in profile, arcs of circumferences. Sections are of similar symmetrical design, bellcranks connect intake and compression section gate and combustion and displacement section gate.
EFFECT: increased power output, reliability, efficiency and service life of engine, reduced weight and overall dimensions.
