FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in development of underwater mineral deposits. Proposed method comes to transportation of solid particles in flow of hydraulic mixture and delivery of hydraulic mixture into suction pipeline of pump. Speed of rotation of working wheel through blades of which hydraulic mixture flow of pump suction pipeline passes in ocean at depth corresponding to parameters of lifting and composition of hydraulic mixture is set preliminarily. Solid particles are continuously let out from flow of hydraulic mixture getting into pump. In process of getting of solid particles into flow of delivery pipeline, speed of rotation of working wheel is monitored. Value of speed under checking is compared with preset value and they are brought into agreement by regulating delivery of part of pressure flow from delivery pipeline to blades to wheel. Device for operation of hydraulic transportation plant contains pump and accumulator installed in column of delivery pipeline, both submerged in ocean. Working wheel is installed in accumulator, and delivery pipeline is connected additionally with accumulator by branch pipe furnished with controlled gate.
EFFECT: provision of continuous lifting of materials without their agglomeration.
