FIELD: medicine, dermatology, microbiology.

SUBSTANCE: one should simultaneously isolate epitheliocytes in brush-bioptates of fauces mucosa - material for integral evaluation of a patient's macroorganism resistance by the values that characterize microbiocenosis and morphofunctional state of mucosa, detect electrokinetic activity of buccal epitheliocytes' nuclei (ElA), index of infection (II), index of adhesion (IA) and sample washings off from affected parts of skin, the area being 2 sq. cm, in which one should determine the quantity of colony-forming units (CFU) S.aureus/sq. cm. In case of II values being >70%, IA >100-150 microbial cells S.aureus/epitheliocyte, CFU>200/sq. cm and ElA<20% during primary inspection one should predict severe flow of atopic dermatitis, at II values <30%, IA <50 microbial cells S.aureus/epitheliocyte, CFU≤50/sq. cm and ElA≥30% during primary inspection one should predict light flow of the disease mentioned. The innovation enables to increase the quickness in predicting the character of atopic dermatitis flow.
