METHOD FOR PREDICTION OF INFECTIOUS COMPLICATIONS OF ATOPIC DERMATITIS FOR CHILDREN IN CASE OF SPECIFIC IMMUNOTHERAPY Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC G01N33/53

Abstract RU 2613301 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to allergology and dermatology, and can be used to predict infectious complication of atopic dermatitis for children in case of specific immunotherapy. To do this, prior to the start of a specific immunotherapy (ASIT), phagocytic activity of granular neutrophils are determined based on the phagocytic index (PI) and phagocytic number (PN) in the child's blood. If the PI is below ± 45.51.02% and PN is below 2.14± microbial, development of infectious complications of atopic dermatitis, viral, bacterial or fungal etiology are predicted.

EFFECT: invention can reduce the incidence of infectious complications of atopic dermatitis for children in case of ASIT, improving the efficiency of treatment of severe and persistent forms of the disease.
