FIELD: food engineering, in particular, equipment for producing of smoke flavoring preparations.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has smoke generator, absorber, electrostatic filter, and cooling contour. Smoke generator is formed as pyrolysis chamber positioned within heat generator without contacting with its wall, and is provided with temperature and pressure sensors. Triangular protrusion-shaped ribs are provided within smoke generator, along lower contour and laterally of it. Absorber is made in the form of accumulating chamber with Segner's wheel therein, and valve for regulating pressure of released air-vapor mixture at outlet end of said chamber. Separating flask is equipped with controlling and measuring liquid separator and discharge branch pipe for discharge of smoke flavoring material.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved quality of smoke flavoring preparation.
