FIELD: medicine, surgery, endoscopy.
SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to fulfill laparoscopic access, introduce a flexible fluoroplastic tube of 30 cm length into abdominal cavity, to one tube's end an injection needle is fixed so, that the length of free part of the needle should correspond to the depth of the puncture in. To the opposite end of the tube a needle's cannula is fixed. With the help of a manipulator one should capture the fluoroplastic tube at the border with the needle. At different angles of inclinations the needle should be directed into the focus of adhesive process. In peculiar case, hydropreparation should be conducted with physiological solution in the mixture with Alloplant dispersed preparation of regeneration. The innovation decreases the number of post-surgical complications, shortens the terms for staying in the hospital.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
