MINI-INVASIVE METHOD OF TREATING PERITONEAL COMMISSURES BY PNEUMOPREPARATION WITH APPLICATION OF FLEXIBLE LAPAROSCOPIC NEEDLE Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC A61B17/94

Abstract RU 2375008 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to endosurgery, can be used for treatment of peritoneal commissures. During laparoscopy tissue preparation is carried out with further commissure dissection. For this purpose 30 cm long flexible tube from fluoroplast is introduced into abdominal cavity. To one of tube's ends attached is injection needle without cannula in such way that length of free part of needle corresponds to depth of sticking. To opposite tube end needle cannula is attached. Further, by means of manipulator needle is directed into nidus of commissural process at various angles. Carbon dioxide is supplied via tube, while carrying out preparation.

EFFECT: method allows to delimit commissural process from healthy tissues atraumatically due to application of pneumopreparation with carbon dioxide and at the same time ensure anatomical visualisation of intervention zone due to elimination of tissue infiltration with medicinal solution preventing in such way complications induced by intestine wall perforation, excludes irritation, burn and inflammation of intestine wall due to elimination of application of gas-vapour flow during dissection, increases technical possibilities of commissure dissection due to performance of manipulations in various inclined positions.
