SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to fulfill the puncture of abdominal cavity followed by paracentesis with a trocar, moreover, Veresh' needle and the first trocar should be introduced in cranial direction at the angle of 60°-70° through intraumbilical semilunar horizontal incision. During gynecological laparoscopic operations in patients with inferior-median laparotomies according to Phannenstihl technique in anamnesis. During surgical laparoscopic operations at the upper part of abdominal cavity and superior-median laparotomies in anamnesis one should fulfill a semilunar horizontal incision inside umbilical ring being nearer inferior edge in caudal direction at the angle of 45°. The innovation enables to avoid the lesion of abdominal organs that take part in post-surgical adhesive process, it does not prolong the terms of operation and requires no application of additional testing and equipment.
