FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: proposed flying vehicle control system includes flying vehicle body and first and second lifting surfaces. At least part of the first and second lifting surfaces is provided with controllable deflection so that during roll evolution, the first lifting surface should create lifting force increment and increment of aerodynamic drag caused by this force and the second lifting surface should form negative lifting force and increment of aerodynamic caused by this force. Increment of lifting force and reduction of this force form lateral moment and increment of aerodynamic drag on the second lifting surface forms the yawing moment which balances the yawing moment created by aerodynamic drag increment on the first lifting surface. Aerodynamic drag force on down-going half-wing may balance the aerodynamic drag force on up-going half-wing due to reduced area of aerodynamic surface creating the force directed downward. Owing to this, this surface should be deflected by magnitude which reduces positive lifting force and actually creates negative lifting force.
EFFECT: possibility of rolling the flying vehicle with no considerable change in yawing moment.
