FIELD: manufacture of building materials; mixes for production of ceramic brick.
SUBSTANCE: proposed mix is produced by adding of slag of ferro-alloy melting process in ceramic mix at content of Al2O3+TiO2 of 9.4 mass-% and CaO and MgO at content of 45.18 and 8.87 mass-% respectively. Ceramic contains loess-like loam, coal fines and broken brick at the following ratio of components, mass-%: loess-like loam, 73-90; coal fines, 2-5; slag of ferro-alloy melting process, 5-15; broken brick, 3-7.
EFFECT: low water absorption and enhanced freeze resistance of ceramic mix.
