FIELD: medicine, veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drugs used in medicinal and veterinary helminthology and can be used in treatment of humans and animals with larval echinococcosis and other cestodosis. Anthelminthic agent has carbamate benzimidazole (necodazol or mebendazol) as active substance, lecithin and cholesterol at ratio of components = 1: 9:1, respectively. Agent is used by rectal injections or cutaneous applications. Agent provides strong inhibition of the growth of larvocysts of alveococcosis (by 99.6-100%), destruction of all embryonal elements (protoscolexes and acephalocysts) in larvocysts of alveococcus and death of parasite in totally (62.5-85.7%).
