SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes chicken meat cutting, roasting in melt butter, and chopping; white root and leek cutting, blanching and chopping; carrot blanching and chopping; fresh green pea and parsley green freezing and chopping; wheat flour sautéing in melt butter. Abovementioned components are blended with sour cream, bone broth, white dry wine, table salt and CO2-extract of black pepper and bay leaf in specific component ratio. Obtained mixture is pre-packed in aluminum tube, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
