SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with manufacturing meat-vegetable canned food due to cutting turkey meat, roasting it in melted butter and reducing upon a chopper, leek, white culinary roots should be cut, blanched and reduced upon a chopper, carrots should be blanched and reduced upon a chopper, parsley greens and fresh grains of green peas should be frozen and reduced upon a chopper, wheat flour should be roasted in melted butter. The components mentioned should be mixed with sour cream, dry white wine, common salt and CO2-extracts of hot black pepper and laurel leaf. The mixture obtained should be packed into aluminum tubes, sealed and sterilized. The innovation provides the manufacturing of canned food for cosmic nutrition being of increased digestibility against analogous culinary dishes due to the composition of ingredients and conditions of treatment.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
